I had absolutely no intention of writing another fanfic after finishing Gold Demona, but this idea came to me after fooling around with the words "Outer Space".
I figured it was a funny play on words and made my Goldie Fraggle a fraggle that was raised in the world the fraggles call "Outer Space", which (to all you non fraggle nerds) is the world we humans live in.
Hey, I think I've found a constructive use for fanfiction. =D
To help me prepare myself for when I finally get around to writing my first all original story (which I will get to eventually)!
Seemed like an interesting idea to play with, so I figured I'd play with a different writing style while I was at it.
This time I'm getting some practice writing in third person (since I tend to primarily write in first person). It's funny. I never realized how very different it is between first and third person. It's very interesting. I could go on forever about this, but I don't want to bore you with it.
So, with Gold Demona, I got to play with a LOT of dialect (to which I got very mixed reviews).
With The Fraggle From Outer Space, I intend to play with the omniscient third person point of view. Do everything I can with it.
We'll see how this turns out. =)
It's hard to find fans of the original character and not just the 3rd anime version. ^__^
Same here. And they're so hard to find. And plus I want it in the original French version. So that's double hard for me.
There's a place where I can find the movie (non burnt on dvd disk-coughs-) but it's like 30, so that's like 40 with all the tax and shite.
I like English too, -lol- The thing is, the way it's translated it's sometimes weird, because it was written in the old French, so when you read in French (when you know) the wording is different and such. It's quite intersting. But English is still good.
Hmm, but now I will have to kill you because you've figure out my diabolical plans.
